A limited amount of financial assistance is available, primarily in the form of donations from businesses given through the PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program. The amount varies from year to year, depending on how much is contributed for that purpose.
To apply, families must fill out an application to be sent with a fee and other requested documents directly to the Private School Aid Service (PSAS), which the school has contracted to determine eligibility. The PSAS ranks applicants according to need and the amount of tuition each family is able to pay, and reports this to GCCA. The Finance Committee of our board determines the amounts awarded. Assistance is based upon family need, financial resources available to the Committee for dispersion, and limitations established by the GCCA Board of Directors. The Committee evaluates family eligibility without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, or academic standing of the concerned student(s). All information submitted from the families to the Private School Aid Service or to the school will be kept strictly confidential and shared only with those directly responsible for determining eligibility.
