Mr. Charles Clauss
Coach Clauss has served the Academy’s NASP Archery Program since its inception in 2010. He began as an assistant coach, and was promoted to head coach in 2012. Archery makes a positive impact in the lives of students by teaching them patience, focus, discipline, and the value of hard work and listening well. These qualities extend well past the archery range and root themselves into improved academic performance and character building, making the archers better students, and admirable young men and women. Seeing this positive impact first-hand, Coach Clauss is motivated to develop students at other area schools, and so has worked to bring this program to other locations as well. He and his wife Michelle also conduct our summer archery camps. Archery has been a huge blessing to both our school and our students; changing lives one arrow at a time!
